My work is rooted in being a product of spontaneity, working without a preconceived notion of a final outcome. Working this way helps me channel ideas ingrained in our primal motor movements. I appreciate the freedom reflected in street art and strive to infuse that spirit into the media of fine art. Futura 2000, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Ad Reinhardt, and the ideas behind abstract expressionism are among my influences.
